Our travel package include return flights from Johannesburg, all flights and transportation to get you to the departure point in johannesburg is not included.
- Double Occupancy: Rooms with two double or single beds shared between two travelers. Solo travelers will be paired with another guest.
- Single Occupancy: Private rooms with a large double bed for one occupant only. A single occupancy room requires an additional fee on top of the regular package price.
Yes, unless specified otherwise, all of our trips are designed exclusively for women. However, you may inquire about privately curated trips on our website for mixed or custom groups.
Yes! Each day includes dedicated “free time,” and the itinerary also features at least one full day for you to enjoy on your own terms. You’re welcome to skip any scheduled tours if you prefer, though please note that these costs are non-refundable. Your days are as flexible as you’d like them to be!
Simply select the trip you’d like to join on our Group Trips page, click the “Book Now” button, fill out your information, and make your first deposit. You’ll receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours, and you’re all set!
Yes, all of our trips offer different payment plans, including one-time payments or 3, 6, or 8 monthly installments, which are detailed in each group tour package. Monthly payments are mandatory; failure to make these payments will result in forfeiting your spot on the trip, along with any payments made. Alternative payment plans can be arranged to suit your needs, but they must be agreed upon and confirmed by us first.
The average age of our travelers ranges from 24 to 50.
Our trips are designed for adults aged 21 and over.
As a boutique group travel agency, our groups typically range from 8 to 24 travelers, depending on the trip.
All travelers are required to submit a questionnaire that helps us get to know you better and allows us to pair roommates more effectively. We also facilitate an Instagram group chat, giving you the option to find a roommate you connect with on your own. Alternatively, once you meet some of the ladies at the airport, you can decide who you would like to room with.
Unfortunately, due to vendor agreements, contracts, and pre-paid non-refundable bookings for tours, we do not issue any refunds. However, you may find someone to take your spot on the trip and assume the payments outside of the non-refundable deposit. We do allow name changes within a certain timeframe. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable for booked trips. If we cancel your booking and the trip will not be rescheduled, you may receive a refund, including your deposit.
While travel insurance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. We suggest obtaining a policy that includes trip cancellation coverage. Please note that we will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, fees, or inconveniences related to flights and other expenses in the unlikely event that a trip is postponed or canceled.
All of our trip accommodations are 4- or 5-star villas or hotels, chosen for their exceptional hospitality and service to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
