Group Trip Itinerary: How it works

Welcome to your upcoming group adventure! Below is an overview of how you can go about securing your trip with us , making sure everyone enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
1. Booking & Confirmation
  • Reserve Your Spot: Secure your place on the trip by booking online or through our team. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.
2. Pre-Trip Coordination
  • Group Communication: Once the group has its confirmed minimum travellers we will We’ll set up a dedicated communication channel (like a WhatsApp group or email thread) for easy updates, questions, and coordination before and during the trip. All itineraries & hotel information will be sent atleast 60 days before departure. 
3. Flexible Payment plans
  • Monthly Instalments: You will be able to pay up your trip in 6-8 month instalments. Monthly instalments are a requirement unless otherwise arranged by you with us. 
4. Before Departure
  • Prepare Travel Documents: Make sure to get all of your necessary documentation ready for our upcoming trip. All passports must have validity of more than 6 months from our trip date. We will provide you will a tentative itinerary for our trip in order to allow you to plan ahead for all of your free days. 
5. Travel Days
  • Group Transport: We provide transportation to and from all excursion locations, ensuring everyone stays together and on schedule. 
  • Free Time: We also build in free time for relaxation, shopping, or optional activities. Your group can decide together how to spend this time.
  • Scheduled Activities: Our expert guides will lead your group through planned activities such as city tours, excursions, or workshops. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for group photos, sightseeing, and learning about the local culture.
6. Memories & Connections
  • Most importantly make sure to enjoy the trip and make meaningful memories with like minded ladies. 
  • Before you leave, we’ll ask for feedback to help us improve and to hear about your favorite moments from the trip. You’ll also receive a link to download photos and memories from the trip!
